Nearing 10 years in the legal software industry guiding clients through the complexities of legal software implementations, optimizing jobs and reports that are too long and complex, and integrating tools to help meet the unique demands needed at law firms. My primary focus has been Aderant’s Time and Billing software but along the way I have learned and worked with Aderant’s competitors, collaborated with incredible clientele on product enhancements, and was there to ease and resolve the frustrations of issues ranging from superficial looks to groundbreaking showstoppers.

Before i2x, I worked at Aderant for 8 years starting out as a Quality Analyst, transitioning to Business Analyst, and then finally, Product Owner. My primary focus was Expert Time with secondary applications Expert Expenses, Expert Collections, CRT (critical response team) and tertiary work with CompuLaw (now Milana), Billing, and Accounts Payable. Pre-Aderant, I received a Master of Science in Finance from Florida State University and continued to pursue a Ph. D in Finance at Florida State University. I have a passion to teach, and my curiosity is in Behavioral Finance and how to quantify and predict irrational behavior that leads all of us to making ‘bad’ financial decisions.
